Our Classes
Dance Flow/Dance Fierce
Learn a choreographed dance and get a great workout through pole, chair and floor based routines. Dance flow brings a slower paced routine, with dance fierce kicking it up with fast paced fun! This class is for ages 18+ only.
Beginner Pole
This class will expand on the intro class and teach you all the fundamentals of pole! Learn to climb, sit on and spin around the pole, learning cool tricks and combos while building strength and confidence! This class is for ages 16 and above.
Intermediate Pole
This is an invite only class where we build on the tricks and grips learnt in beginner. Here you will invert (go upside down!) and learn a range of new grips, tricks, spins. You'll learn combos on spin and static pole and grow even more strength and flexibility! This class is for ages 16 and above.
Advanced Pole
This is an invite only class, where you will learn moves requiring a higher level of strength, flexibility and balance, including dynamic moves, drops, new grips and more! This class is for ages 16 and above.
Strong & Flexy
This class is all about strength with a flexy twist. Designed to help you get strong and increase your flexibility to help you reach your goals on the ground and in the air!
Beginner Hammock
Start your aerial Hammock journey! With a mixture of beginner tricks, flows and combinations, this class is a great way to gain strength. No experience required to try this class.
Beginner Hoop
Start your aerial Lyra journey! With a mixture of beginner tricks, flows and combinations, this class is a great way to gain strength. No experience required to try this class.
Open Training
Come in and practice what you've learnt in class, with an instructor there to help and guide you in your own practice.

Kids Classes
Term based classes, where we teach Aerial hammock, hoop and Kids Pole.This class has a strong focus on building self confidence in children and exploring their ability to climb, hang and swing! For ages 5 - 15.
